I guide people into deeper connection.


With over two decades on the spiritual path, my work draws from meditation, energy healing, and yoga to support grounded, authentic transformation. I’ve also spent more than 20 years immersed in Buddhist philosophy and contemplative practice, which continue to shape my deep reverence for conscious awareness, compassion, presence, and joy. At the same time, my path is open-hearted and universal — guided by love, intuition, and a quiet, abiding connection to Source.

A Day of Yoga for Grieving Hearts

Healing through movement, breath, and sound. A gentle but powerful day to pause, feel, and let go. 

If we don’t give it space to move, it can settle in the body as tension, fatigue, anxiety, or numbness.
This Day Retreat is an invitation to create space — for yourself, your breath, your feelings, and your healing. Whether you’re grieving a person, a relationship, a former version of yourself, or simply feeling a little lost, we welcome you into a safe and nurturing environment — a space to reconnect, to ground, and to feel supported.

What the Day Includes:
• Gentle, grief-informed yoga practices to help emotions shift and soften
• Grounding breathwork and soothing sound
• A mindful walk in the beautiful Cooley Hills
• Deep rest and restorative yoga
• Quiet space for reflection, journaling, and remembrance 
• Nourishing vegan lunch and homemade cake in the afternoon 
• No pressure, no fixing — just space to be yourself
When we lose someone or something we care about, the energy of that love doesn’t disappear — it stays with us.

All are welcome. No yoga experience is needed.

How the Sugi 5-path Journey Works

A trusted, transformational path — guided by presence, energy, and intuitive care.
The Sugi 5-Path Method is a one-to-one or small-group journey designed to support deep personal healing and energetic realignment. It unfolds across five sacred sessions, held over 5–7 weeks, either online (via Zoom) or in person, where possible. This isn’t a quick fix or a rigid programme. It’s a spacious, guided process — rooted in presence, supported by sacred tools, and attuned to your unique energy. Each session gently leads you through one of the five core paths: energy, breath, movement, awareness, and intentional living.
