She very gently but firmly took us through movement to acknowledge our loss and then the main theme was transformation. She is expert in Reiki techniques as well and touched us all with healing energy. I would certainly recommend another session.

My experience attending the grieving yoga sessions has been very positive. The first session was emotionally tough, intense…but so worthy, it was liberating. I felt a huge relief afterwards, emotionally draining though, so I had to lie down for most of the afternoon.
I felt a release from all the emotions that I had stuck for a long time, that I didn’t allow myself to express or accept.
Jackie has that effect on people around her, bringing peace, calm and positive vibes.
This yoga sessions didn’t disappoint at all and I’m glad we have the chance to enjoy more of them.
Overall reflection on the retreat: Beautiful room, peaceful yoga and loved the Japanese spin and information. Food excellent. Did I have any shifts or insights? Yes, a calming experience and peace. Suggestions for next time? — More of the same.

Hi, I attended the grief yoga on Saturday 12 July held at the Dolmen centre Omeath. The teacher was Jackie Suginaga.
Jackie gave so much to this day. She was empathic and professional and guided us in how to deal with grief through the power of breathwork, yoga and mindfulness. I gained knowledge and understanding and tools for self help.
Jackie is an exceptional teacher and I was lucky to have the opportunity to experience and benefit from her outstanding skils.

I love Jackie’s style of teaching. On a retreat, she put me completely at ease with Kandalini Yoga, even though I hadn’t tried it before. I can’t wait for the next one.

I loved the ceremony and the ability to try new experiences. The tea was exceptional and lovely and din’t feel it to be bitter in its taste.

Absolutely beautiful from start to finish. Loved every bit and first time embracing Japanese Culture — first time having a tea ceremony and most importantly the Kundalini Yoga!

Absolutely beautiful day. It was such a wonderful mix of energy & rest. I loved learning about Japan + the tea ceremony custom. It really helped me to come home to myself. The Mantra’s where really releasing and grounding.
