My approach to yoga and meditation is intuitive, grounded,
and deeply transformational. I offer Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Awakening Yoga, and,
as a certified Grief Yoga™ teacher, I hold space for emotional healing —
supporting those navigating grief and life transitions.
✨ Kundalini Awakening Yoga
This practice blends movement, mantra, meditation, and
breathwork to bring you back to your natural state of awareness and vitality.
These sessions are designed to strengthen the body, quiet the mind, and
reconnect you with your deeper self.Kundalini Yoga offers a gateway into the subconscious —
helping shift old patterns, release energetic blocks, and rebalance the nervous
system. Even a short, regular practice can be truly transformative. It’s like
meditation-in-motion — ideal for busy minds. You’ll awaken subtle awareness,
strengthen emotional resilience, and gently reconnect with the chakras.Kundalini is also supportive in relieving stress and
anxiety, balancing hormones, enhancing focus, and deepening spiritual
connection.
💔 Yoga for Grief &
Loss
Grief is love with nowhere to go. But in the body, it can
become stuck as fatigue, tension, a low mood, or anxiety. Grief Yoga combines movement, breath, and sound to release
what’s been stored, honour your experience, and invite softness, balance, and
peace. It is a sacred, supportive practice for anyone navigating grief —
whether that’s the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a home, a job, or even
a part of yourself.I draw from the teachings of yoga, Buddhist philosophy, and
my own lived experience of loss to offer a safe space to feel, breathe, and
gently restore. Grief asks to be honoured, not carried alone.

Mindfulness
I’ve been practising meditation and mindfulness since 2002
and have taught both in Japan and Ireland. I weave all my experiences and practices into all my
yoga offerings, as they help us find calm, clarity, and a deep connection with
our true selves and with others.

A grounding and gently energising weekly class to support
your body, mind, and heart. Each session blends movement, breathwork, mantra,
and meditation — helping you reconnect with your presence, ease stress, and
feel more alive and centred. No experience needed. Just come as you are❤️.
🌙 Grieving Hearts class — On the last
Thursday of Every Month
On the final Thursday of each month, Grieving Hearts class replaces the normal class and becomes a 90-minute special class (7:00–8:30 pm) offering a deeply supportive
space for emotional release and healing.
This session is for anyone carrying loss — the passing of a
loved one, the end of a relationship, a shift in identity, or any kind of grief or blocks you may
be holding. Through therapeutic and intentional movement, breath, sound, and stillness, we help grief move
through the body and make space for softness, peace, and love. Includes time for tea and connection after class.
