Many people feel ready for change, but don’t always know where or how to begin. The 5-Path Method is a personal and intuitive one-to-one process I’ve developed to help guide you gently — and powerfully — back to your centre: to clarity, presence, and your natural rhythm.

This is not a fixed programme, but a sacred, unfolding journey. Together, we explore five key pathways that support deep healing and lasting transformation: energy, breath, movement, awareness, and intentional living. Each path offers a different way of reconnecting with yourself — through guided practice, reflection, and quiet presence.

Throughout our work together, I may also draw on subtle energetic tools — including mantra, sacred water practices, deep listening, and pendulum reflection — to support and deepen the process. Everything is offered in response to what your energy is calling for, held with care, and guided by intuition.This is a path for those who feel ready to meet themselves honestly, soften into what’s true, and take the next step forward — with support, insight, and love.

Each path is a doorway — guiding you back to presence, balance, and alignment.These five dimensions form the framework of the Suginaga Signature Method, gently unfolding in a way that meets you where you are — and honours your energy as it shifts and evolves.

1. Path of Energy

We begin by attuning to the subtle body — sensing where your energy flows freely, and where it may feel blocked, depleted, or tangled. Through intuitive healing, Reiki-based practices, sacred geometry, and presence-based awareness, we begin to release stagnant patterns and open channels of vitality. This path helps you feel lighter, clearer, and more attuned to your energetic truth.

2. Path of Breath

The bridge between body and spirit


Breath is the rhythm of life and a powerful tool for recalibration. In this path, we use breathwork and gentle pranayama techniques to regulate the nervous system, create space in the body, and bring awareness inward. The breath becomes both anchor and messenger — offering clarity, emotional release, and access to a deeper field of awareness.

3. Path of Movement

Movement is meditation in motion — a way to bypass the chatter of the mind and connect with the wisdom of the body. In this phase, we explore mindful yoga, mantra-infused movement, and intuitive somatic flow. This path invites you to move from the inside out, clearing stuck energy, strengthening embodiment, and allowing presence to rise through rhythm.

4. Path of Awareness

This is the path of deep reflection. Through guided meditation, journaling, silence, and presence-based inquiry, we gently uncover the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that shape your inner experience. Awareness opens the door to transformation — not by force, but by simply witnessing what’s true, with kindness and curiosity.

5. Path of Intentional Living

The final path supports you in carrying the insights of our work into your everyday life. We explore what it means to live in alignment — not from striving or spiritual perfection, but through conscious, heart-led choices. Rituals, reflection, and simple shifts help you return again and again to your true nature in daily action.
