SugiCha is a small, honest collection, matcha and green tea from growers in Kyoto and Shizuoka I’ve taken the time to visit and get to know myself. Every tea is something I’d genuinely serve at my own table.
I’m sourcing the first collection directly this August, visiting a family-run tea farm in Kakegawa that’s been growing tea for over a century, and the grower in Kyoto I’ve been working with for close to ten years.
